Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Assistant Manager (Real Estate Sales) to join our sales team. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, supporting senior sales leaders, and staying ahead of local market trends. Ideal for someone who learns quickly, communicates effectively in multiple languages, and thrives in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Execution:
• Handle end-to-end sales processes including cold calls, client meetings, property site visits, and deal closures.
• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets. - Market Adaptation:
• Quickly grasp Hyderabad’s real estate pricing, geography, and market behavior. - Support & Coordination:
• Assist Sales Managers with CRM updates, lead follow-ups, and client coordination. - Communication & Negotiation:
• Master objection handling, negotiation tactics, and multilingual communication (Telugu, English, Hindi). - Collaboration:
• Work with marketing and operations to improve lead conversion and customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills
• 1–3 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
• CRM tool knowledge (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Highly motivated, target-focused, and quick to adapt.
