Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager (Real Estate Specialist) to lead and drive our sales team. The ideal candidate will have deep real estate expertise and a track record of leading high-performing teams to exceed targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Team Leadership:
    • Lead, train, and inspire Assistant Managers to achieve monthly targets.
  2. Client Management:
    • Build strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and channel partners.
  3. Sales Growth:
    • Close natural inbound leads and onboard at least two new sales associates weekly.
  4. Market Strategy:
    • Analyze trends, monitor competitors, and work with marketing on sales campaigns.
  5. Reporting & Compliance:
    • Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and ensure adherence to sales protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3–5 years of real estate sales experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using MIS tools and data analytics.
• Strategic thinking with a deep understanding of Hyderabad’s property market.
• Ability to drive performance and exceed targets under pressure.
