Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership:
• Lead, train, and inspire Assistant Managers to achieve monthly targets. - Client Management:
• Build strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and channel partners. - Sales Growth:
• Close natural inbound leads and onboard at least two new sales associates weekly. - Market Strategy:
• Analyze trends, monitor competitors, and work with marketing on sales campaigns. - Reporting & Compliance:
• Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and ensure adherence to sales protocols.
Qualifications and Skills
• 3–5 years of real estate sales experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using MIS tools and data analytics.
• Strategic thinking with a deep understanding of Hyderabad’s property market.
